Before You Log In
DO NOT try to log in directly! Follow the instructions below!!
Before you can log in for the first time, you must verify your email address!
1. Check your email inbox – to find our email with the subject: “Email Verification”, and click on the link to verify your email address a.s.a.p.! If you have not received an email within 20 minutes, check your junk-mail since the email contains a link.
2. When you’ve clicked to verify your email... Do NOT try to log in yet (!), even though you will receive another email saying: “Email Verification Successful”.
3. Your registration will then be pending a few hours (depending of what time of day you validated your email above) while we check to confirm that correct details are given on the form. This includes your Herbalife ID# and related uplines. Please be patient, this can take up to 12 hours after you have received the “Email Verification Successful”. We need to make sure every user is a downline to a Herbalife Member of this team.
4. If you can’t log in, WAIT a couple of hours before trying again! The approving process might not be finished yet. (“this can take up to 12 h…”)
Please don’t try to log in without success multiple times! (That would only cause you to be locked out.) Instead, contact us directly if you have to wait longer than 12 h - or as soon as you need assistance.
